Yoga
(yes I am post-happy today, sorry).
If anyone is interested....Town of Hempstead offers yoga in Merrick and also Echo Park. I go Monday or Wednesday, 5:30-6:30 to Echo Park. Registration for Echo is today - $50 for 10 sessions. In the book I am reading she turns to yoga. Although this class is not specifically for infertility, it can't hurt I say!

sounds great! I've started doing yoga at home with a tape.
But they do have Yoga for Infertility dvds too, the dead desperate housewife is the person who does them

I believe there is a yoga class at my gym tomorrow am...if I can make it, that would be one major hurdle,...for me lol I can't even tell you when is the last time I have been to the gym.
I NEED TO GO !!!

LMAO....what a name!! I go because my sister goes too so we make each other go even when we don't feel like it. I have the pregnancy yoga (yes in my short 8 weeks I was pro-active!!). I also now have the Guided Imagery CD so I want to do that every night.
But I work from home...need to get OUT of the house, lol!

what is the cd like? is it directed towards TTC only?

Yes it is specifically for TTC Naturally, and another for TTC with IVF. But they have all kinds of CDs available... I got mine on this web site (thanks Ariella for the info!):
