Special K diet?
Has anyone tried the Special K diet (eat Special K for breakfast and lunch for 2 weeks and they say you'll lose 6 lbs. or so)? I'm tempted to do it to jumpstart my weight loss, but am wondering if you gain it back immediately. TIA!
