fast way to defrost meat?
Is there a quick way to defrost meat? I took it out of the freezer around 11:00 this morning and it has been in the fridge.

run it under warm water (while still in the plastic) or put it in the mircowave on 50% and watch it so it doesn't "cook".

Put it in a pot of cold water, still in its wrapper.

This works the best, but if I need to cut time I defrost it in the microwave
