OMG! As someone who did a tandem jump I can't even imagine how horrifying this was for her. When you are at the point where the chute is opened you feel a tremendous sense of relief and it's really just a peaceful floating from then on, you feel like the dangerous part is over. How sad! I can't understand how she could have slipped out of her harness?
