I think the diapers are aggrivating the baby when she sweat because her legs where the diaper rests are red..
I put deisitn there any other suggestions??

If it gets really bad, leave the diaper off & put her in her infant tub instead of a bouncy seat to air dry.

my baby also gets red marks on his legs from the diapers, it's nothing to worry about.
