Starting to feel different
I started to get crampy (like mentrual cramps) last night. It’s mostly in the front but once in a while in my lower back too. They are not coming and going though. They are coming staying for a while then going. Also once in a while I’ll have a sharp pain down there. My mom says its my body preparing. Does this sound right? I am 35 weeks.

Re: Starting to feel different
That's how I felt when I was in labor with DD. Maybe you should give the Dr. a call.

Re: Starting to feel different
I get the same thing and I'm 36 wks. I think it's stretching/growing pains. After feeling the crampiness all day, the next day....I swear my belly sticks out further. Just when I can't imagine where this baby will find the room to grow......BAM, my belly is bigger!!!

Re: Starting to feel different
I feel the same way and my Mom said the same exact thing. It's making me very anxious and I'm not to thrilled about being home alone.
I have a Dr.'s appointment tomorrow morning, so I'll see what's going on then.

Re: Starting to feel different
I am 36 weeks and i have been feeling like that since I hit my 35 week. Mine have been extreme lower back pains with extreme menstrual cramps. My doctor said that it was my babying getting in its "ready" for delivery position. I am on my weekly appts so she is going to keep a close eye on me.
