Dear Incompent Man I work with...
I can't even call you a coworker because you do NOTHING...but who in the sam's hell gave you the right to call a weekly meeting from 5-6 pm...that's just illegal.
Besides the fact that you will just go over a calendar verbatim that we all already have and make it look like you are doing all this great stuff that in fact, we have already done.

a totally irate woman (with a child she'd like to see) who will be at that meeting shooting daggers at you with her eyes...
