What to expect at my 12 week appt. next week

I been reading that thereare so many tests to take - how will I know when to take them? Will my doctor mention it to me? what tests do i take at my 12 week? i wnat to take as many tests as are available.
what else can I expect a my visit next week?

i HAD my 12 week app't 2 weeks ago, they gave me an ultrasound to check the membrane for Downs Syndrome along with a blood test for down syndrome then the normal stuff - weight, urine test, etc.
