Post Office never changed my address..

My mail was coming to Charlotte, then I switched it to Staten Island(to my parent's home while we were gone for 6 weeks)

A week before coming back to Charlotte, we changed our address back to Charlotte. Still no mail. It has been 2 weeks...I just got off the phone with my mother, she has 4 big boxes of presents and such that was forwarded to her house for me. It doesn't seem fair that she should have to pay to mail them to me now...do I have a leg to stand on at the post office?

it may be at the post office.

I was away for a week and we got NO MAIL... then I got a slip from the PO that it was too much mail and I had to go pick it up-- until I picked it up, we did not receive anything at home.

yeah, everything got sent to Staten Island, its there right now at my mother's house. Totalling over 30.00 in postage already paid for...

The same thing happened to us when we moved to VA!!!!!!!!!!!!! we were so angry!!!!!!!!!!!

When did you put your change of address in? I would email them & ask them to forward. It may be too late if she's already accepted the packages, but it's worth a shot.

thanks..we changed the address back on 8/10. she received packages this saturday, 8/18.
