Shoulder Pain??
Anyone have really painful shoulders from sleeping on them all night. I don't know how to fix this, but they hurt a lot. And i think i switch to my side while sleeping so just going to bed on my back is not working.
Could i be doing anything harmful to my shoulders??

ME!!!!!! I can't take it..it is from all the extra wieght..I try and switch from left to right but they still hurt.

ME!!! I was up for hours last night from that. I just went back to sleeping on my back. I thought about wakign up DH for a neck and shoulder massage- but I figured I would let him sleep. In a few more weeks, he won't be able to sleep through the night.
