I definitely think the good things. I totally feel on top of the world when I hear good things. I think the bad things hurt me for about 5 minutes then my defense attack strikes in and I regain my strength. To hear the good things lasts for a lifetime.

The bad things only affect me if I feel that may be true. Otherwise, they don't bother me at all.

I'd say the bad, however, it does not stay with me in a BAD way. It just makes me take a look at myself and re-evaluate myself. Especially if it's something at work. If it's something personal, I could give a sh-t.

I was actually thinking the same things in terms of work. Thats usually the only time bad things do hurt me. I always feel like if something is being brought to my attention that Ive done wrong, I feel awful. i guess maybe because theres more at stake...its your job...where u make the $$$$.
