help me settle this with my sister- about prego symptom

she swears... every prego woman b4 she knows shes prego... wakes up at night to pee...
now i dont know this, but i told her i dont think thats the case for all women...
is she right?

I don't think that would work for me, I get up about 1/2 the time to go in the middle of the night. I have a pea sized bladder! ughhh!

Not sure how true that is, I get up in the middle of the night (sometimes more than once)

I had no idea I was prego before I found I was.

The # of trips to the bathroom did increase but not right away - closer to the end of the first tri.

It was actually true for me, but its definitely not true for everyone..

It's amazing how no two pregnant ladies are alike, especially with the early symptoms they have -- some ladies have tons of things to indicate they may be preggo (before getting that BFP) and others have absolutely NO clue because they feel exactly the same!

hmmm that is not true. i just started getting up to go pee more frequently.

However i knew that i was preggo b/c i didnt feel like myself.

I get up to pee every night anyway, i would hate to see what happens if that is true

I didn't have any symptoms until about 7 weeks (then I was reallly tired and nauseous).
I never had to get up to go to the bathroom until much later on.

Not to hijack, but I had an interesting observation since getting married. I NEVER got up to pee in the middle of the night until we got married. And I notice that I always get up immediately after DH gets up to pee....So it's really his fault I'm always so tired

Didn't happen to me and still at 36 weeks I don't get up in the middle of the night to pee! I guess I'm one of the lucky one's! I never had to get up either with my first son.

I knew before I got a BFP that I was pg but not necessarily from peeing a lot. My trips to the bathroom did increase but it was other things like feeling nauseous and feeling lightheaded and really thirsty that made me think that I may be pg.

actually, not at night, but at like 5:30am...

This didn't happen to me either.

However, one of my signs was frequent urination during the daytime.
