Going for first sonogram today..UPDATED
I am so excited and scared at the same time. I hope everything is ok. I do have a question though...Will they do an internal sono or no?
UPDATE: just got home and I am measuring 6 weeks. She said she could almost see the heartbeat. I had an internal also. I go back again in one week to see the heartbeat.

I just had mine yesterday and they determined I was 5 weeks 4 days and changed my due date. It was very early for a sono they said bc all we could see was the sac. Going back in 3 weeks. And yes they did an internal sono. Good luck!

How far along are you? All of my sonos in my 1st trimester were internals.

They did for me, but I had started bleeding. Otherwise it would have been external. COngratulations though!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

i have had 5 sonograms already and i'm only 11w1d (i'm high risk though)- and all have been internal. its not the worst thing in the world, and once you see the picture of the baby on the screen, you barely even remember whats going on. good luck!!! its very exciting!!!
