Please think happy flying thoughts for me...
I have to fly to Toronto tomorrow and I'm terrified of flying.
Last time I was supposed to fly the plane broke before we took off (the wheel carriage broke as we were pushing back from the gate).
I'm so stressed out about this.
Please think happy gravity defying thoughts for me.

You will be fine! Bring a book or something to do to keep your mind off of it.
Honestly, the main reason I fly JetBlue or Song is because of the TVs..
Totally takes your mind off of the "flying" part.
Have a great trip! Is it business or leisure?

I hate to fly too, I remind myself that I am more likely to win the lottery than die in a plane crash. That always makes me feel better (and ****** because I want to win the lottery!)

I know how you feel. I hate to fly too. I take anxiety pills in order to fly. I am flying tonight too

Thanks everyone!!
I have to go for work. I'm going to a train the trainer so I can teach some new courses.
My flight is at 2:55 out of Newark, so we're leaving shortly.
I hate flying - especially alone. Whoever said the thing about winning the lottery - thanks! That helped!!

Really????  How do you do it?
I'm serious, actually, I'd love to know what you love about it. I never used to have any problems, but flying with my DH has turned me into a scardey cat!!!  I've had really bad reactions the last few times. I'm not prone to anxiety attacks, but I'm pretty sure I had one in NOvmeber.
