WW GIRLS!! It's Diet Time....... yes AGAIN
well... DH and I and gong on diet after gaining 15 lbs after getting married!!!
and I want to loose wieght before we TTC, and he just needs to get healthy!!!
what do you eat for breakfast, snacks and lunch? i work in bakery sales in supermarkets so i have all the food at my finergtips it's gonn abe so hard!!! i blame al those cookies for the last 5 lbs!!
and dh & I just got a free treadmill so hoefully we will use it now in our excericse room!!!

Welcome back. I eat everything. I just stay under my points, make sure you get 2 milks in and tons of fruits and veggies. Then if I have left over points I will eat a bagel or a slice of pizza.

Hey guys...I'm kinda doing WW. I have the books & counter. I've been keeping a food diary & I"ve been so good. I've been eating a right on or under my point range. I feel so good....and I can aet what I want. I did Atkins for a long time but I got tired of the no carb thing.

Breakfast: Puffins and 2% milk Snack: Apple
Lunch: BH chicken breast on WW whole wheat
Snack 94% ff pop corn
Dinner: Chopped Chicken Burger with veggies and salad
Snack: Fat free fudge pop

oh yeah... i blew it today... tommoor'w another day... however i did get my treadmill hooked up correctly and positioned right in front of the TV and fan!!
it's a step right!!!

breakfast i have either fat free yogurt or a ww muffin( apple spice YUMMY )
Lunch is either a ww frozen meal or a slim fast meal bar( chocholate granola is soo yummy and filling) Dinner is always differnt usally chicken or small bowl of pasta
and snacks is usually 94% fat fre popcorn
