cooking oil ????
What is really the difference between olive oil, vegetable oil and corn oil?
is one healthier than the other? I know some are used for baking and others for cooking, but what else is the difference?

All three are healthier oil choices than something like Peanut oil which has a lot of fat.
Olive oil has a strong taste and is good for salad dressings and sauces. It has a low burning point, so you should not fry foods in it. If you are going to fry in olive oil use a light or regular one instead of extra virgin.
Vegetable oil has a higher burning point, so it is great for frying in. It also has virtually no taste, so it won't flavor the foods you are cooking.
I don't know the deal with corn oil.
Hope this helps.
