More Pics of the work we are doing to our house
Here are some more pics.
I have a few of the front of the house with the flowers Danielle bought to give the house some curb appeal..
I have pics that I have not shown before...A few of the master bedroom....Notice the salad bowl fixture on the ceiling...We are in the process of looking for a ceiling fan to replace that light fixture with.
The picture of the bathroom is with the sellers shower curtain and towels...We are going to retile the bathroom from fllor to celing, Paint the ceiling white, and Change the medicine cabinet, light fixture...and add an electric socket, since there isnt one

Wow looks like a lot of work your doing. We put down a hardwood floor and it was the best thing we did, I just wish we did the whole house. We have cats and the hair on the carpet

I like the wood floors. In our downstairs, we have half wood floors, half tile.

We were going to do half wood, half tile(Kitchen), but we decided on putting wood in the entire downstairs of the house, with the exception of the bathroom which will be tile and the back bedroom which is new carpet.

Its looking good. I like that shade of wood floors.
How often are you and Danielle actually working on the house? After work everyday for a couple of weeks until move in condition or just a few days during the week and weekend?

I took off last friday, this past monday, wednesday and thursday, and my father in law was off all week. He is at the house right now working, and I will be going there at 1pm today to do some stuff. We got a lot done in 1 weeks time

Is it ok to put laminate ( pergo) in a kitchen? I would think the water from doing dishes or just being in a kitchen would mess up the floor? would it?

We have this in our kitchen. We don't have a problem from dishes, but we may around the dog's water bowl. It's like he has a hole in his mouth bc water drips all around the bowl when he's done. It looked like it was gonna start buckling so we put a plastic mat under it now. I'm pretty sure after a few years we'll have to replace the boards in that area.

I am going there today to pull off all the trim on the bottom of the walls...We got the ok to paint upstairs...so we have to choose colors...and last night we bought a really nice comforter set for our master bedroom....So now we are trying to figure out a color to paint.
This week we have to go pick out the floor color, I have to call the plumer to cut and cap the base board and we have to look at sliding doors. Even though we can paint upstairs, the downstairs still needs a lot of work.....
