Moms of 3-4month olds, come on in...
Ok ladies, I have a question. How long was your baby at birth and how long are they now?
Ava was 20 inches at birth, and now she is 25! She is in 6-9 month pjs because she's growing like a weed!

I have no idea what size clothing to buy this kid because everytime I buy pants for her, they're too short.
And if I buy the next size up, they fall off her becuase she's so skinny!

My son was 20 1/2 at birth and he's 26 1/2 inches now. i have the same problem with the footed pj's. I can't believe how big he is getting so quickly, he weighs 15 1/2 pounds too.

you'd probably be better off with one piece outfits, like overalls or jumpers.

Matteo is still 4 months technically...but he'll be 5 months this week! He was 21 1/2" at birth, and 27" at his 4 month checkup. i hear you with the growing like a weed, I just said that to my husband yesterday!
ETA: He was 21", not 21 1/2" at birth! Bad mommy!

I hear ya about pants....they are either falling off her if I buy for legth or they just reach below her knee

she was 20 1/2 inches at birth and at 3 mos she was 22 9/10. She hasn't had her 4 mos visit yet. it's this week. She needs 6 mos PJs b/c 3 mos are too tight but fits in 3 mos pants still. I know she's gotten longer b/c the 3 mos PJs don't fit anymore.

I guess Grace is still in this catergory (she will 5 months in 8 days  )
Grace is 13lbs 2 ounces and is 25 inches long. She is in the 20% for weight and 50% for height. When she was born she was 6lbs 10 ounces (10%) and 20 inches long (30%).
She is wearing 3-6 month clothes but the arms and legs on them are starting to get too short the waist is just right. I don't want her to wear 6-9 months yet because the waist will be falling off of her.

I would tend to agree. I noticed the overall outfits I bought for DD are way long so that's a good suggestion.

Aly was 19.5 at birth and is 23.5 now. I am having problems buying clothes for her too. The 0-3 footie pjs are too short so we are doing 3-6 now...but...get this...0-3 pants are still too big and fall off her! UGH. I have to keep her in all 1 piece outfits because even 0-3 jeans and stuff dont stay on her little waist. yet - they are too short going dwn her leg so frutrating.
she just had her 3 month check up (ay 3.5 mths) - - she is in the 50% for weight and height. I dont believe that on the weight because why in the world cant she fit in tiny 0-3 pants??!
