If one more person...
...from work rubs my belly, I am going to scream. You people never gave me a simple hello, now you think I'm buddah or something.
We're supposed to be PROFESSIONALS here, you don't go around rubbing bellies of people you don't really know!

I seriously think that if anyone tried that at my job, I'd give them the slapdown.. I am not a touchy person anyhow so thank goodness noone has tried that w/me! (I dislike my co-workers immensely so that might be why I'm VERY glad they don't dare come near my belly  )

Funny, before I got preggo I didn't think people REALLY did this because I would never have the guts to do it. I can't believe how many times I have just put a fake smile on my face as people rub my belly. I don't walk around rubbing bald guy's heads!!!!

can i ask y it bothers pregnant ladies soo much, if i was pregnant id think it was cute lol..maybe its cause im not pregnant that i think this..altho i admit i have had the urge to check a preggo belly i have never reached out and done it lol...

It doesn't bother me at all when family or good friends rub or touch my belly.. my Mom does it all the time and I think its so cute.
Its when strangers TRY to or people in the workplace.. I dunno, it just feels like a invasion of personal space, and I don't see WHY the hell they'd want to touch my belly anyhow, when I (a) don't know you or (b) work with you but we aren't friendly at all
I know its never meant in a bad way, I guess we are just hormonal and sensitive

I am not prego yet but it would certainly bother the hell out of me. I dont like to be touched by people who arent family- plain and simple. I think the best defense would be to muster up the best fart you can the next time someone does this.

I never, ever touched a preggos belly, not even a relative or my best friend. I think it's so rude and inappropriate.
Maybe we could get t-shirts made that say...
