can you hep me pick a color for the living room
we have black leather couches and a 52" silver tv ....what color would match?? I am very bad at this and if I leave it up to DH he will paint the LR silver to match his tv

Maybe a nice soft gray? Or if you want to be bold, maybe a deep garnet red? Or you could do a combo of both with an accent wall in the deeper color.

What about a light green?
We have cream leather couches and a silver tv and we did a dark cream with white trim.. Im not crazy about the exact color so we are going to have to re-do it ( I bought the paint but DH is too lazy  )

the problem with picking out the color is that my rooms all flow into one another like the kitchen,DR and hallway and upstairs are really one connecting wall

We have the same layout so I have kind of tried to stay in a similar family but different shades..
ETA: What color is it now?

when we moved in the house was all brown....even the ceiling .so we just painted it all white ..for now that was 2 1/2 years ago
my daughter has a purple room and that is the only color in the house

my daughter has a purple room and that is the only color in the house
OMG you sound just like us!!! We lived here for 2 1/2 year with all white walls until one day I couldn't take it anymore and started painting!
The only room with color was our sons that was a baby blue.
I think I would go with Lt. Green or Lt. yellow or a cream.

i agree...an amond woudl be nice...a camal color would too and an olive green.
I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT paint the walls grey....UGH it would look too manly with the black couches and silver tv......I like cozy colors

he has now agreed to the almondy color it is by Behr and it is called tuscany beige....we went to home depot

We have a black microfiber sectional and our plasma is silver as well. Our walls are a color from Behr called Burnt Almond. My DH calls it coffee with milk and two sugars
We used this for the dining room (since it is attached) and the hallways of the house. All of the bedrooms are different colors as well, but I love our colors.
