Question about Ovulation Kits

Thsi may sound silly, but can you take these at any time, or are you supposed to waiy until after AF comes?

I would reccomend getting teh book Taking Charge of your Fertility by Tni Weschler

You can ONLY Ovulate after you've had AF in one cycle. So lets say you get AF on July 1st-start using OPK's around Day 10 or so(1st day of bleeding is Day 1) and continue until you get your positive then BD for the next 3 days
