Has anyone ever taken Kava kava?
Its supposed to help with depression. I lady I work swears by it. I was just wondering if anyone here as heard/used it.

I bought it from the vitamin shoppe, and then I never took it-I'm trying to remember now why I didn't take it...there were some odd side effects listed on the bottle, and I was starting a new medication, so I didn't want to not be sure which thing was giving me side effects...
