BTDT moms...How do you know its time to go up a size in diapers?
DD leaked out of her Huggies newborn diapers (she NEVER leals out of huggies) this morning, which leads me to believe that it is time to go up a size.
Am I right? TIA

I have the same problem with Gianna, she's in pampers swaddlers. If I don't center her coolie right in the middle of the diaper she blows out of them. I tried the size 1's but there's a huge gap in legs.
Maybe try a sample size 1 or buy a pack to see if they fit? Gracie will need size 1's sooner or later :)
I got some in the mail from huggies. I def feel your pain, when we go out I won't put her on my lap without a burp cloth under her!

we are constantly keeping an eye out for the poop face!!
Since we've centered her Knock on wood I haven't had 1 blow out. It's been 4 days! Yay! The pampers swaddlers leave little indentations on her legs, but the size 1s are too big, I don't get it, but she's staying in those newborns until I run out and try the size 1's again. last time i tried the one's boy oh boy was there a mess, it went right up her back and front, down her legs. Yick!

The constant leaking was always when I made the choice to go up a size.
Pretty much that or very red thighs from them getting a little tight on his chubby legs.

I can't believe the difference in size between the newborns and the size 1s. The size 1 look SO BIG!! They are a little big on my  but the newborns were just getting a little too small, and if she had a big BM, she would leak out.

Same with Gianna. The newborn size fit her everywhere else except the legs, they don't seem to bother her, so I would rather use the newborn with hardly no leaks then the size 1s that are really an accident waiting to happen!
So frustrating! I have soo many size 1 diapers and I try them, they leak, then I go back out and buy more newborns!
