My sister sort of did! Right in the middle of NYC too! Her DH uncle married them in front of the Rockafeller Christmas Tree last Dec. 19th! But she make sure that the immediate families & close friends knew & were there! (about 40 people and it was planned in a week!

My friend's brother got married at Central Park with only immediate family. Then they went out for lunch.
My parents also did the same thing. They were married in the rabbi's study and took their families out for lunch after.
