Another mucus question.....for you BTDT preggo's
Ok, so I know how much we just LOOOVEE this topic. (TMI)
Anyway last week I was having clear mucusy type discharge. When I saw the DR he said it was normal.
Now when I just went to the bathroom it was Yellow and Very thick. That was the first time I have seen it like that.
Is this normal?
It kind of resembled snot from your nose when you have a cold or are getting over one.

That sounds like your plug.
It can regenerate itself before you actually lose it.

Def sounds like your plug to me!! You're getting close, I know some women who went into labor very soon after losing thier plug(me being one of them, lost mine Wednesday, went into labor later that night), some also lost it a couple of weeks before labor, either way you are getting there!

Yeah its normal. It could be part of your mucus plug coming out. After you have the baby you'll bleed alot (more TMI) and then a lot of women have a lot of yellowish discharge because your cervix is a different shape and it all comes out easier...but that will stop too. One of the "joys" of pregnancy...lots of CM!
