Updated with More info - Hi I'm Back from the RE
Hi Girls, my cable modem is workng - for now. The tech is coming Sat to fix it, we've been having a ton of problems.
Anyway...so the RE went over all my records and files and xrays. She said it looks like my one tube has some blockage in it but isnt recommending surgery now becuase she doesnt think its necessary at this point.
She does not want to do a laperscopy to see if I have endo either because one of the sonos (the saline sono I think) will show pollups, fibroids and endo. So no surgery right now, but she hasnt ruled it out all together and said maybe we will have to do that but not now.
She said my uterus is REALLY tilted. She isnt sure which direction its tilted in but its really tilted and she thinks that is possibly why my OBGYN couldnt do the biopsy the other day. She also said the sono will show which way its tilted and give her more info to go on.
She said that the cervical stenosis is possibly a resuly of the cryo procedure from when I had precancerous cells on my cervix. But that since my AF flow is good she isnt worried that its too closed.
So...I have a sono 7/2 (this Sat!!) and 7/7. DH has the SA on 7/10. Then NEXT cycle with will start IUI!!! I cannot wait. She said if Im not PG withinn 3 mos (3 cycles of IUI) then we'll discuss clomid and IVF and other options.
I feel SO SO good about this. We both liked her a lot and feel confident that she will do what she can to get us PG. I feel totally comfortable with her. I am really happy with my decision to go with RSofNY 
I can't wait to get things moving along . AF came today for me so I really only have 4 wks til we can do IUI!!!
Girls, if you have been TTC and no having luck and its been a long time and you dont feel lik eyour OBGYN is doing enough for you, a RE might be the way to go for you. I am VERY happy with my decision to go to one. For me, it was exactly what I needed to do.

Kathy I am soooooooooo happy to read that you had such a positive experience at the RE .. you seem so upbeat about this, as well you should be . I logged on tonight just to see if you posted
It sounds as though the RE is really going to push things along for you and get the ball rolling with additional testing. I dunno, call me pyschic  but I have a feeling you are going to be announcing a BFP pretty soon.. it certainly seems like you are headed in the right direction
