I am sooooo excited!
I can't believe it! DH's brother in law got us tickets to the met game tomorrow and we will be in the first row behind first base!
I am definitely bringing my digital, plus a pen for autographs. I hope I get one. DH's brother went to another game where he and his daughter sat in the spot we are and she got some autographs...
I have never sat so up close it's gonna be an awesome view!

That's foul territory. You may catch a ball in the air or rolling by the wall. I got a foul ball once in the Skydome once when I sat in the front row.

The game was awesome! I got some good shots with my camera! We didn't get any autographs though. It was very hard. They came by our section but not by us and it's hard to get through the mob of people but I got some good shots of them doing the autographs. We did get one from a player named Padilla but he's not a starter for the Mets. We played the Pittsburgh Pirates.
We did get two foul balls during batting practice (during the pirates batting practice that is)...this one guy who was near us was hitting the ball to the outfielder and DH was like "hey throw me a ball, i'm a Pittsburgh Steelers fan" the guy waved his hand away and was like "i hate the steelers"...then as he walked away he ended up throwing the ball to DH and then all of a sudden you hear people around us going "hey we're steeler fans too can we have a ball"....LOL LOL LOL the man who threw DH the ball was the 1st base coach for the pirates. Then a ball was hit and it came rolling on the floor by us and DH picked it up.
The experience of sitting that close was amazing and we really had a great time!
And the mets won yay!!! and Beltran Played...I will be posting pics on the NFR board though...either tonight or tomorrow...

I'm glad you had a good time. That's awesome that you got two balls! Is your DH really a Steelers fan? It was a really quick game - 2:30 I think.
Beltran looked like his old self. If they can keep the running game going and win a few games on the road, I think we'll be in the thick of things until the end.
Can't wait to see the pictures.

Cool. I'm going on a cruise to Bermuda tomorrow. I'm hoping the Mets play as good as they did when you were away. We need to win some games away from Shea.
