If I do go back we have to around care for the baby. It seems easy enough to research daycare centers, but how do you find a nanny? How much do they cost? How does it compare to daycare? For those of you who have tried both, which did you prefer and why? I work from home and have flexible hours so I think a nanny might be better for us than a daycare center, but I'm just not sure. Most all of my friends have been lucky enough to have MILs or mothers who watch their kids so I don't have any sources for referrals.
