Do you and DH know the sex of your baby but tell everyone you dont?
Just curious because I have a friend who I swear her and her DH know (and her mother and father), but they say they dont. They like a lot of "attention" and have mentioned a few times how its so fun to keep everyone in suspense and talking about it.... just wondering if any of you do the same...

I really dont know.... but I get the feeling people are thinking what you are saying...that I know. I bet they really dont know. I wouldnt understand why if you knew you'd want to keep it a secret.

Well my friends sister wanted to know what she was having but her DH didn't want to. So she found out but wouldn't tell anyone because she didn't want anyone to accidently slip up and ruin the surprise for her DH.

DH's latest response to those who ask if we are going to find out the gender is "the question isn't whether we will find out, it is whether or not we will tell you"
I am not sure what we will do but I kind of like the idea of having it a delicious secret from all of the nosy people.

A couple of people have said they think we know. I say whatever. Even if someone does want to find out but make it a surprise for everyone else I don't see what the big deal is.

My parents didnt want to know at first but it hurt me alot that they couldn't get excited when I bought cute girl or boy things. They eventually gave in.
