Are you looking to stay in the US?
I know kids are free at most of the all inclusive type places like Domincan Republic, Jamaica, etc.
Key West is nice.
I've never been but my SIL loves Hilton Head.

I'd do Dominic Republic, Puerto Rico or the Bahamas so I would be guaranteed sun.

We're going to Outer Banks NC in August. We rented a house right on the beach and are going with three other couples and their kids...should be fun! For April though, not sure of the weather...
