What kind of bag did you pack for the hospital?
like an actual suitcase or a small gym size duffel? I don't have anything small, so if I have to borrow, I have to ask around now!

I used a small rolling suitcase. We also had a separate shoulder bag for DH's snacks.

We used a suitcase plus a backpack. I used just about everything I brought so I can't really say I overpacked.

I used a small suitcase on wheels for the post partum stuff and one of the diaper bags for the L&D stuff.

I am using a small rolling suitecase. I am finding that it might be too small, but will try to make it all fit. I am also bringing the baby's diaper bag along with me to the hospital.
