We are trying to plan an Anniversary Party for my IL's. They live in Union County. We are also open to Morris County. ITs going to be a party for about 40, s we probably need more of a private party room than a big hall. Its got to be handicapped accessible & affordable. Their friends are not big party drinkers, so we were going to just have beer, wine, soda, with a champagne toast.
