teething tablets?

Anyone use them?

I saw them @ CVS the other day, and was thinking of picking them up....

The dissolve in their mouth, water, or bottle.... whichever way you want.... and its supposedly "all natural"

I dont give him orajel.... and I hate giving him tylenol, and thought this might be a good alternative...

opinions????

Re: teething tablets?

I gave them to Mallory last week, she was beyond cranky from teething! I'm not crazy about medicating her all the time so I got the teething tablets and I didn't notice any difference with her, but shortly after I gave her Motrin she was like a different baby.. much better! So I guess we're sticking with the Motrin for now Chat Icon

Re: teething tablets?

I did use Hylands when Nate was first teething and it did help him. I don't like to give him Tylenol or Mortin unless he has a fever.

We were lucky bc he was only cranky with his first two bottom teeth. I was amazed when he breezed through all four of his top teeth coming in at once without being cranky.

It's funny because Mallory breezed through the first 4 with minimal crankiness, but the other ones Chat Icon

Re: teething tablets?

Just keep in mind that "all natural" doesn't always mean "safer than medication". Those products aren't subject to review by the FDA and you can't always be sure of the ingredients as far as quality or purity.
