Sole in Oceanside is great. I had my rehearsal dinner there - the food is delicious and reasonably priced.

I think Maine Maid Inn was around that price and thats a cute place.

I had my sister's baby shower at Cafe Picasso in Williston Park(?). We had the whole place to ourselves and the food is yummy (modern twists to their dishes). FM me if you'd like to see some pics.

Have you tried the Milleridge Inn? They are around that price range.

OMG YUMMY!!! Food is OUTSTANDING!!!
If you choose here book it early. They actually started leaving Saturday afternoons for parties...they have the entire place.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
(My faves... Chopped Bleu Cheese Salad, Butternut Squash Ravioli, Fresh Fruit Sorbet)

The Orchid in Garden City is def under 30$ and they have a lot of showers - I had my bridal shower there. I highly recommend it - many of the people said it was one of their favorite restaurants

My bridal shower was at Singleton's in Bethpage...the food was really good, and if I remember correctly, it was in your price range.
