4 months isn't too early for maternity clothes, is it?
I've gotten the the point where I'm almost entirely into maternity clothes. I'm 17 weeks and just wondering if it's a bit early. I've bought a couple of tops, but I don't really wear them yet, but I feel much more comfortable in maternity bottoms and dresses.
For work I'm lucky enough to have a job that I can wear sweats or yoga pants and tank tops, so I'm still in my regular clothes for that.

I was in maternity clothes almost right away. Well, pants anyway. They were so much more comfortable. I couldn't wait to wear them actually

The only RIGHT time for maternity clothes is when you feel comfortable in them. Go for it. If you're going to be comfy, that's ALL that matters!

just came back from shopping, I am 8 weeks and needed work pants. I bought the maternity ones and they are going to make my workday so much better.

I agree too! My first pregnancy, I was in maternity pants right away for the comfort factor. This time I waited a bit, but I was wearing them by 14 weeks.

nope not at all. Who cares when you go into them, as long as you are comfortable. I bought my first pair of maternity jeans at 4 months....and LOVE THEM

I was the same way at 12 weeks. If you need to wear them in order to be comfortable, it's no too early.

I was in pants by about 8 weeks- I just couldn't take stuffing myself into regular pants.
