I fell down the stairs a little while ago...
I never usually wear socks in the house, but today I did and I completely wiped out going down the stairs. I landed mostly on my butt, a little on my back and I'm extremely nervous right now. I feel fine, just a little shaken up and a little sore. I'm going to wait to see how I feel a little later and if I feel any worse, I'm going to head to the hospital. I could really just use some hugs right now...

I hope your all is well. You should go to the hospital or at least call the doctor just to be on the safe side.

I hope you're okay....but I know if you're a lot like me you're feeling pretty paranoid right now. I would go to the doctor and get checked out for peace of mind....don't feel bad about it or silly....you have a legitimate reason to go.
PS- Had a car accident the other day like you felt okay...but in the back of my mind said...I should go to the doc and get checked out....thank god I did b/c little did I know I was having contractions!!! So they stopped them and everything's fine now but when youre pregnant its better to be safe than sorry.

I would give the dr a call just to see what he thinks you should do. I know they're pretty well cushioned in there, but I'd be paranoid too!

The same thing happened to my close friend, everything turned out OK, but she did go to the Hospital just to make sure. Go to get a piece of mind

Try to relax and take it easy. Call the Dr just to let him/her know what happened and they will advise you on what to do next.

put your feet up and rest. I'm sureyou're ok. My best friend took a few spills while prgenant and was even in a car accident and everything was ok!!!
