probably not for the sake of keeping that house, it said lg property though. perhaps its subdividable & a builder might find that property worth it to build on. Not sure exactly what area its in.

I would also say that someone would probably buy it for the land (that also depending on the surrounding area). I would just demolish the house and rebuild from scratch.

It's 10k less on MLSLI. The property on there is 50X1185 which I am wondering if that is a typo and not 185?
And it's in Gordon Heights or just outside of it.
