Genetic Testing
DH got his genetic test results back (the ashkenazi jewish panel) and everything came back negative! Do I need to get tested for them, or is it okay bc he is negative for all of them.
Are there other genetic tests we should take? I don't think the Jewish panel tested for Thalasemia.

Re: Genetic Testing
My doctor ran the genetic tests on me, and since they came back fine, they never ran them on my dh. We are from two different backrounds.
So I would say, you probably don't need to be tested.
These genetic issues are a problem when both parents are carriers.
