Question for the girls...
Ok so I'm sure some of you have been in this situation so I'm asking you...
... I was put on antibiotics last week and I'm wondering if there are any ways to prevent the infamous yeast infection that is common when you're on antibiotics??? A co-worker recommended yogurt so I'm having that daily. Is there anything else??

Just a caution...yogurt will only work if it has active cultures in it
Also ditto in the acidophillus

I bought Azo yeast pills, I couldnt bring myself to eat yogurt the smell made me

Where do I get these pills?
Where you find vitamins in the drugstore.
Just be careful that you have no holes in your teeth or broken teeth. I took acidophilis with a broken tooth and I have never been in such pain. My dentist was skeptical that the pills were the cause, but the pain started around the time the stuff would have kicked in. My tooth felt like it was festering. It was horrible.

My doctor also recommends acedopholis pills. You can get them in any pharmacy in the area where they have all the vitamins and bottles of pills.

There is a lso a great yogurt that my co-worker takes when she has that isse or is sick. It's called "DanActive" she gets it from Kings Super Market. Great stuff.
