Where is a great place to have professional pics taken of your baby?
In Suffolk--and how much is it? I am really interested in having them done, but fear that they are too much money.
I am going to picture people on Thursday--are they good?

I was happy with the picture people at smithhaven mall. My favorite pictures so far have come from Target believe it or not. A girl named Cheryl at the South Setauket location was fabulous. She was able to get him to smile in every picture with multiple backdrops/positions (at three months old)

I had Jared's pictures done at JC Penney's and I really liked the way they came out. I'd like to try Kiddie Kandids and Sears next time.

I really like Kiddie Kandids. I have gone to Westbury & Sayville.
I used to love Picture People (south Shore Mall) but there photographers are hot & cold. I have had some really bad ones and some really good ones. My kids always got very distracted in the front room too.

I second that. There was this one guy at Picture People at South Shore Mall named Max that was great.
But all the rest seem so inexperienced and want to rush through the pictures. My son, who is a natrual HAM  , always gets distracted in the front room.
The quality for the pictures are ok.
Kiddie Kandids is one of my top fav. I love the way the pictures come out. The look great all the time.

I like Kiddie Kandids and Picture People...we've gotten great pics at both...I like PP better because you can make an appointment!
