WW - First week backers!
So many of us are starting back this week - my first weigh in is tomorrow. Let's check in next week and see how we all did.

good luck
i look for snacks we're its low on fat, and u get yours worth on serving size. pettrige farms(sp) goldfish, 60 crackers is a serving...its 3 points

Im also back again, I had so much sucess the first time around, and of course fell off and gained it all plus more back, it's so disappointing. Here we go again, this has to be it.

I love fat free sugar free chocolate pudding. I've also found for some reason that drinking hot tea before a meal fills me up more.

Bayside area. I am still going to my meeting on LI because I like the leader so much, but was thinking of perhaps alternating with a Queens meeting, since it would be closer.

I don't know if she's still there, but Laurie held Wed. night meetings in Bay Terrace. She was really good!

Jsut went to my WW lunch meeting. gaine 2.8 over the last 3 weeks, can't complain cause I ate till I go tsick over the holidays.
Back on track now, actually got to the gym yesterday.

Well - my first weigh in was a nightmare. It's been so long since I weighed myself I had no idea how much weight I'd actually gained!
I put a "worse case scenario" in my mind and I am actually 4 lbs HEAVIER than that 
I'm SO determined to get this weight off now! I can't wait until my next weigh in!!

Well, I gained poundage throughout the holidays, but since beginning on Tuesday, I already lost 2 pounds. Yes I weigh every morning, but only count the weigh-in day. That way I get to see which days I really screw up on.

I started on Wednesday. My first week goal is 5 lbs. Then I know it comes off sllllooowww.

I started monday! I have officially gained 50 lbs since high school (2 car accidents will do that). My goal is to lose it all before the wedding! I'll let you know how my weigh in goes on monday!

first week back here too. so far i've lost 2 lbs
weekends are def the hardest. found a great 2 pt snack though - turkey pepperoni! so good and its protein so it fills you up!

So Saturday was the first time I ever walked through the doors of WW. I felt like an alcoholic walking into an AA meeting!!!!
I really didn't start until yesterday. Yesterday was very, very rough but I got though it today seems much easier.
I am doing the core plan I'm trying to get used to it but seeming ok. How is everyone else doing with it? Any helpful hints for me.
