How much water does everyone drink a day on average?
I hope I am drinking enough?

Me too (about 66 oz). Actually, that's what I drink while at work. Of course I drink more when I'm at home.

Same here ... I try to get that in during the workday..
Then if I'm really good, I try to drink maybe 1 more liter with dinner/at night..

I'm not the best in this area either. I try to drink at least 3 20oz waters a day. I also stick to only one soda a day...however i try to have iced tea, gatorade and vitamin water to mix it up. Water bores me after awhile.

Honestly - I think I drink too much water.
I have one of those Brita containers (the one with the spout in the front - not sure how much water is in it) but I can drink somedays up to have the container.

According to the L&D nurses I've spoken to (and seen) you should be drinking .5L (one regular bottle) of water for every hour you are awake! (I don't think anyone can do that...)
I drink about 5-6 regular bottles a day... about 3 Liters. I'm so afraid of being dehydrated!

I also think the amount of water you need to drink depends on the season and how far along you are in your pregnancy. I am sure i will need a lot more this summer when i am very pregnant.

I drink 4-5 liters on average...and believe that is why at 39 weeks i have had no swelling and can still wear my rings!
of course i do flavor it up a bit with a small amount of 4c sugar free, caffeine free ice tea mix
