Holiday shopping
Has anyone started their holiday shopping yet- especially other mammas to be like me- who are due so close to Chirstmas???

DH and I were talking about this last night. i think we are going to start next month. i cant see being 8 or 9 months and going shopping in the middle of the holiday rush. and who knows how fast we will get tired by then.
i'm due jan. 11th

I was thinking gift cards for the guys- they're impossible anyway and it's so easy you can just pick them up at the grocery store for pretty much any store LOL- feels like cheating...
Women- nice and easy PJs (sisters in law)
Moms- the usual
Dad- something for his boat
kids- 1 outfit and 1 toy

our families exchange with everyone on both sides  yup that aunts uncles cousins- all family members so Im not sure yet, I may do something different this year and get them the women holiday gifts so that when they use it every year they can remember that was the christmas the baby was born. for the men ugh every year I go through this- Im clueless- those GC sound good to stores I know they like Homedepot, best buy,blockbuster etc. or maybe I will go out to PA and buy the women christmas yankee candles and the lamp shade and plate to put the candle in between. oh the ideas or christmas table settings.

I acutally shop all year long. If I see something, I buy it and save it for Christmas. Much easier than a marathon shopping trip to get a gazliion gifts. Or I do a lot of it online.

I'll be having Luca in October, so I'll be able to do holiday shopping in November. But my girlfriend is due Nov. 25 and she plans on doing a huge shopping weekend over Columbus Day to do all of her holiday shopping.

Im not due until Jan. I told my dh, the way Im shopping this year is www.whatevercompany.com
I dont think Im going to be wanting to fight the crowds 8 mos. pregnant.

I am due in February, but I am also taking two classes and working full and part time. I think I will be .com'ing this Christmas. I can surely use the computer

I am due Jan. 6th but fortunately we don't have a lot to buy for. Just our parents, my secret santa from DH family, my sister( since she is still single and is buying a ton of gifts for my new baby and sil new baby), 3 nieces and one nephew. The kids are easy since one of my friends works at Mattel- I will just go in one day and shop at her company store and use the discount.
The parents usually get a big gift from all the sibs so we just have to figure out what, and my sister loves everything so she is easy. That just leaves the secret santa gift!
