tuna fish... I heard you shoudln't eat it??
Dumb question but someone told me if you are TTC or pregnant you shouldn't eat tunafish.
I eat it with a salad a few times a week... should I stop?

I heard the same thing. I think its because of the mercury.
I have it only once it awhile - I hope that's OK.
Then I heard some fish is good, for the development of the babies brain
So I don't know

my dr said its ok too 12ounces a week NO albacore that is high in mercury- light tuna in water he said is fine. I love it on salads!!!
