I watched...but really, it is kind of like going anywhere else. There are bound to be some shady people there and also some jerks who pizz other people off, fights... There are a lot of people on a cruise ship and they can't all be upstanding citizens, unfortunately.
It is very sad, to see a loved one off on vacation to have them never return...and even worse to never even know what happened.

thats what was getting to me...the never knowing....no body, no answers, and returning home alone...so so sad

After watching this last night I must say I agree that George Smith was murdered. I think he got into an altercation with someone who threw him overboard. The testimony of the police office who was in the cabin next to him sealed it for me.
I also saw his wife on Oprah and I think they were drugged as well. Just because that one couple who saw them at 2AM and said they seemed like they were not drunk. However, they said George was doing that really potent liquor shot that is not even legal in the US...so who knows.
I think the red haired woman committed suicide. The fact she went alone on the trip, had very few personal belongings and did not tell her family where she was going leads me to believe that. I think the way they handled it was horrible.
Finally, I think the blond woman was attacked and murdered too. The fact her pocketbook was torn and the drink knocked over.
Unfortunetly vacations are a time to lay back and relax and a lot of people drink a lot and meet people they don't know from a hole in the wall. Especially on cruise ships (which i have been on a few) people drink A LOT.....because they only have to walk back to their cabin. I saw A LOT of very intoxicated people on the last cruise i was on.....
In the end though its just so sad.I can't imagine going on a trip with my whole family and coming home with one less.

the guy that was floating the in the water for almost 2 days was scary!! What the hell happened to his friend that he was traveling with??? Didnt his friend report him missing??

It is really scary and can happen anywhere. I think back of how stupid I was in 2 incidents 1. in Jamaica my ex and I went out fishing with a local that was smoking pot, Petey he was cool but looking back he could have killed us and thrown us over his boat, the other incident was on spring break it was 3 of us girls and myself and one of the girls we went with 4 locals on waverunners riding with them around the islands tip of cancun, my other gf was yelling at us when we got back and she was right- they could of thrown us off out there in the ocean there was no one around but I will cherish that beauty we saw forever. Im not at all like that anymore when I go away I guess as you get older you get wiser!

I really think the newlywed was murdered and thrown over..I totally 100% beleive the cop who testified...
This is so Eye Opening to me too..when I was a senior in HS I went with my family and 4 close friends and their parents....we were young and naiive..I remeber one fo ym friens who was hanging out with one of the guys who worked there...he was from jamaica and he was smoking pot on the ship..he knew the place to go that the cameras would not see...
THinking back, that is SO SCARY..she coulda died...my god....creepy creepy stuff
