On one hand, the story seemed questionable even at get go, because the story the authorities told in the 1st one didn't match the story about the screwdriver, which they didn;'t even cite. so I wondered "Where did that come from?"
On the other hand the airlin industry wouldn't want us to know if someone HAD gotten on a plane with a screwdriver, vaseline and matches, so you never know

Wel the original post never cited WHO said she had a screwdriver, vaseline, amtches and a document referring to Al Qaeda. They never said who said it. Some random person on the plane could have said it for attention, or someone who wasn't even on the plane could have said it and started that rumour. I don't know.
