Following up on an interview

I had an nterview about three weeks ago and i haven't heard anything yet. I have the contact for the woman who set the interview up, should i call or email her?

Is it alright to call the woman who set it up not the person I interviewed with becasue i don't have there contact numbers?

Did they say how long it would take to get back to you?

No i didn't send a thank you, i know that was my first mistake. They didn't say how long it would take but it took me four months to get called for the interview. This company you can check your status online and it still says i am being considered.

Well i just called and she had not heard anything about the interviews. She gave me the one phone number to the one guy i interviewed but he is located in pacific time so i am going to wait to call him and she does not recognize the name of the other guy i interviewed with. I wish i could get a definite yes or no.
