Change her, give her a pacifier and rock her a few minutes..she should fall asleep. I used to change my babies and then give a bottle and they would fall back asleep at night

DD has been massively pooping lately. three days ago DH was successful in changing her while she was asleep. last night and the night before we had no such luck. she woke up and would not go back to bed.
what to do?
she is developing diaper rash and will make a total mess if left unchanged all night. i also don't want to disrupt her wonderful sleeping habits!
Do you put a barrier like vaseline on her to prevent diaper rash?

Sorry, but if she is pooping at night she needs to be changed, there is no way around it. You'll work out the sleep issues eventually, the rash is an immediate concern that requires attention now.
Why do you have to wean soon? If nursing works, why mess with it?

I'm not to sure... I didnt read that it was poopies... Those you have to change and nothing can really help...
Do you use Swaddlers, those are supposed to absorb most of the mess...

Well, even if your supply is low, the boob may still work to soothe her back to sleep quickly. Its not just the milk but the contact that helps to calm baby. So if it works to get her back to sleep, don't worry about the supply!!
