Feeling Needy?
Do you ever feel needy for your spouse. For exmaple there are times I feel I need more from my relationship w/ my DH. More time together, more love, more understanding, compassion. I don't know, it's silly feeling I think. Am I the only one or does anyone else share this sentiment?

I definitely go through "moods." Some weeks I want to be with him non stop and other weeks, I just wanna watch tv by myself or go shopping by myself.

If Im not mistaken you guys just moved.
We also live away from home and feel like I needed my DH more during that time than I would normally. Especially during the holidays knowing it is just the 2 of us celebrating instead of our big family get togethers.

Yeah we did, I guess it's normal for me to feel like I need more from him. Attention wise...I feel like such an idiot but I just feel I need more of him right now. I hate the feeling though.

it's so strange because it's not like we're fighting or anything..I just feel like I want more from him. I think the last time I felt like this was when I was preggers....Ok I'm not preggers but it's just such a strange feeling. I don't like it.

I think its totally normal. There are times when I need DH more than usual. It usually has more to do with where I am emotionally. There are times when he needs more support for me too. Again, it is usually things are changing outside the relationship. That's just part of marriage.

Definitely. I always crave more time together. Because of his work schedule, I only see him for a couple of hours every day (except his days off)

There are times in the year when I go to school for a few weeks straight (no days off) and I always really need DH there when I am stressed. I get angry when he isn't there. lol.

I feel like this as well. Right now, I am wanting to be by myself. I have even seen the way I am acting----haven't called him ---and so on...next week I'll flip the coin and be needy.
