All my first sono's were external. One was at 5 1/2 weeks, the other was at almost 7 weeks

I had my first internal yesterday, I as so excited to see my bean, and its heart beating!
ETA: I am 7.5 weeks.

I had my first 7.5 weeks and they did an external, we were also able to hear the babies heart.
